The kitchen area is compact but functional — perfect if you want to grab groceries from the Spinneys downstairs and avoid the tourist trap prices at every meal.

Here’s what I love about JBR — you can walk to the beach in literally three minutes, but you’re also connected to the Marina Walk without dealing with the Marina crowds. The parking situation is actually sorted (which, trust me, is not a given in this part of town), and you’re right next to the JBR tram stop. That little detail saves you so much hassle getting around. Plus, there’s something nice about being able to pop down to The Walk for dinner or drinks without calling a taxi every time.

The Pool Situation

The building’s spa and pool area surprised me — it’s not huge, but it’s well-maintained and never felt overcrowded when I was there. You know what’s nice? Having that option to cool off without trekking to the beach every single time. The pool deck has decent views too, so you can still see those Marina towers even when you’re just lounging around. It’s one of those amenities that you don’t think you’ll use much, but then you end up there most afternoons.
