Luxe Living in our Exquisite 1 Bedroom Apartment Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Luxe Living in our Exquisite 1 Bedroom Apartment at Indigo Tower, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from a four-star serviced apartment in JLT. But you know what? This place completely surprised me. The lobby feels modern and polished, and the elevator ride up gives you these glimpses of the lakes below that hint at what’s coming. There’s something refreshing about having your own space rather than just another hotel room — especially when that space is this well-designed.
Location & Neighborhood
Jumeirah Lakes Towers is actually one of those Dubai neighborhoods that locals appreciate but tourists sometimes overlook. I mean, you’re surrounded by these man-made lakes that create this surprisingly peaceful vibe despite being in the middle of everything. The Metro station is practically next door, which makes getting to Downtown or the Marina ridiculously easy. What I really loved though was the evening walk around the lakes — it’s become this little community gathering spot where you’ll see families, joggers, and couples just enjoying the waterfront. The parking situation is fantastic too, which anyone who’s driven in Dubai will tell you is worth its weight in gold.
The Space Itself
This isn’t your typical cramped hotel setup — you actually get a proper one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen that I ended up using way more than expected. The living area flows nicely into the dining space, and there’s enough room to spread out without feeling like you’re living on top of each other. The bedroom is separated properly (thank goodness), and the bathroom is modern with a decent shower. Honestly, the whole place feels like someone’s well-appointed city apartment rather than a temporary accommodation, which makes such a difference when you’re staying for more than a night or two.
What Sets It Apart
The views from the apartment really make the whole experience — you’re looking out over the lakes and the Dubai skyline, which changes throughout the day in ways that kept catching my eye. I found myself having morning coffee by the window more often than I’d care to admit. The building itself has good facilities, and the staff actually knows what they’re doing, which isn’t always a given in Dubai’s newer developments. There’s also something to be said for having a proper dining table where you can work or eat takeout without balancing everything on your lap.
Why Guests Love It
I can see why couples rate this place so highly — there’s enough space to feel comfortable without being so large that it feels impersonal. You get the independence of having your own place with the convenience of hotel-style service when you need it. The location really works for people who want to experience Dubai beyond just the tourist strips, and that free parking means you can actually explore the city by car without the usual headaches. It’s one of those places where you end up staying in more than you planned, which is probably the best compliment I can give any accommodation.
Savvy travelers reserve a hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road before Dubai Shopping Festival drapes malls in gold raffles and fireworks.
